Week One Menu

Here we go, five days of menus. Perfect for Monday through Friday.

My concept behind this menu plan is to separate my week into 5 different menu concepts.
Each day of the week will be the same concept each week, just with different actual meals.

Here is the concept:

Monday- Italian
Tuesday- Mexican
Wednesday- Salads and Sandwiches
Thursday- International
Friday- American/ French (Classics)

So now that you know the concept, one which I think everyone should adopt even if you don't adopt my exact menus. It helps come up with the ideas so that you aren't deciding food every night out of a million options. Limitations are good.

Monday-- Salmon Panzanella
Tuesday-- Masa Cakes and Corn Salad, add black beans to corn salad for protein
Wednesday-- Chopped Salad with cucumber, tomatoes, mixed greens, orange bell peppers, radishes, chopped walnuts, jicama, cheese and yogurt dressing
Thursday-- Catfish Saag with Basmati Rice, chicken or other white fish can be substituted
Friday-- Vegetable Fritatta

I'm going to try and link back some of the menus, but others will just be ideas that you can search for on epicurious.com or foodnetwork.com or wherever else you like. A new menu will come out every friday. I hope you enjoy.
