Grilled Salmon

I love salmon. We ate it all the time growing up. And I don't ever remember eating it another way than grilled.

Since then I have started cooking it lots of ways, but I have to say- grilled is still best.

Grilled Salmon for 2

1 Salmon fillet
1 t coriander
1 t salt
1 t pepper
1 t garlic powder
1 t ground mustard
1 T oil

1 lemon

1. In a plastic bag add seasonings and oil to the salmon and mix around.
2. Grill skin side down first to make sure that the skin gets nice and crispy (just cause it looks pretty)
3. Only grill for about minutes- it cooks really fast and is far better when it isn't overcooked.
4. Serve with lemon.

I served it with grilled eggplant and couscous. Yummy Meal!
