Balsamic Salad Dressing

We go through phases. Lately the only dressing we have been using is the yogurt based one, but this is another good standby. It is more of a zinger though, so don't overdress!

Balsamic- Mustard Vinaigrette

2 T balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T dijon mustard
salt and pepper
1 T lemon juice
1/4 c olive oil

Mix all ingredients but oil.
Whisk in oil slowly.
Toss with salad and serve.

Great along side fish, Italian food and steak. Last night we ate it with our trout. Delicious!
